SHOR.shé is a supper club about Bengal, told through food, history and the people who moved through it. Rooted in Kolkata, it traces Bengal's long intercultural story: rivers and ports that drew traders, ideas and ingredients from across the world, still carried in its cuisine today. We research before we romanticise. Every dish traces back to documented trade history, not generic "heritage". 12 seats. One table. Stories on plates.
